· Satellite Dish installation is subject to Association approval and should not void roof warranty during installation or operation. Improper installation may void roof warranty, and any cost related to unapproved installation now and in the future may be the responsibility of the owner for as long as the warranty is in effect.
· The cost of repairs to Units or Common Elements made necessary by an owner’s or an owner’s invitee’s inattention, abuse, or neglect shall be born by that owner.
· Standard maintenance requests may be submitted to Property Management of Iowa via (a) the website’s Maintenance Service Request Form (http://www.propertymanagementofiowa.com/maintenanceworkorder.html) or (b) telephone (515-963-1717).
· Emergency maintenance is handled by calling Property Management of Iowa’s number at 515-963-1717.
